Missouri Angler Wednesday Night Tournament 5/15

Thirty-five (35) teams took advantage of the good weather with one thing in mind, win the 3 1/2 hour Missouri Angler Wednesday Night tournament.  Bass fishing has been off and on again, but tonight the bass were on and it was evident by the limits and weights. 


          1ST PLACE -- BILL (NOT PIC.) AND JOSH SWINEBERG
Bill and Josh Swineburg took first place with a whopping 21.30 pounds.  Their five fish limit was anchored with 5.82 pound largemouth.

 
 
    2ND PLACE AND BIG BASS -- DAN BOWMAN & DIRK SLUYTER
There were two bass weighing 6 pounds and four bass weighing 5 pounds brought to the scales.  Big bass of the tournament weighed 6.78 pounds and was caught by the team of Dan Bowman and Dirk Sluyter who claimed  second with their impressive five fish limt weighing 19.03 pounds.


      3RD PLACE STEVE WILSON (NOT PIC.) AND JOE MCBRIDE
Third place went to Steve Wilson and Joe McBride who brought a five fish limit to the scales weighing 18.49 pounds, however they had one dead bass causing a one pound penalty for a total of 17.49 pounds.  Their big bass tipped the scales at 6.09 pounds.


         4TH PLACE -- SCOTT, JR AND SCOTT, SR (NOT PIC) DANEK
Scott, Sr. and Scott, Jr. Danek brought a five fish limit to the scales weighing 17.46 pounds for fourth place.  Their big fish weighed 5.85 pounds.


                     5TH PLACE -- SHAWN KOWAL AND MIKE HILL
 
Fifth place went to Shawn Kowal and Mike Hill who brought their five fish limit to the scales that weighed 17.39 pounds.  Their big bass weighed 5.54 pounds.

All Bass Cat owners next week, May 22nd, is Bass Cat Quest tournament night.
